CarePath is shown here as a demonstration. “Ärztezentrum Hernals” is a fictional practice; the doctors, the appointments and the details are invented.

What CarePath is

CarePath is a practice’s digital appointment service, an AI-based system (a language model) for organisational matters: appointments, opening hours, directions, preparation. It is not a doctor and gives no medical advice, diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Its answers can contain mistakes.

Please share no real health data

Do not share real medical information about yourself or anyone else in this demo. In an emergency, call 144 or 112.

What data is processed

Your name, optionally your email address, your WhatsApp phone number and the messages you send to CarePath are stored so that the conversation holds together. To answer them, messages are passed to the AI service (Anthropic) and over WhatsApp/Twilio. The demo data is held on a server in Frankfurt and deleted at the end of the demo phase, at the latest after 90 days.
