Thanks! I take blood pressure tablets. Should I still take them in the morning?
Dr Leitner is the right person for that. I have passed the question on, and you will get a call back today.
Perfect, thank you!
From first question to follow-up visit. On WhatsApp.
CarePath answers questions, arranges appointments and sends reminders on its own. Your patients write in the app they already use. Your team has less to coordinate.
Question answered. Appointment booked. Reminder in good time.
CarePath joins up information, intake, booking and follow-up into one flow. Routine requests are handled automatically. Where something needs a personal answer, your team takes over.
Opening hours, how to get there, insurance cover or the documents to bring: CarePath answers with your practice’s own information. Your front desk stops answering the same questions over and over.
02
Step 2: Understand the request. Prepare the visit.
CarePath takes down organisational requests and asks for whatever is missing. What your team needs to know is there, in order, before the appointment starts.
03
Step 3: Book appointments. Around the clock.
Patients book, move or cancel directly in the chat. CarePath offers the times you have released and confirms the booking – including long after the practice has closed.
04
Step 4: Remind before. Stay in touch after.
CarePath reminds patients ahead of the visit. Afterwards it helps with the follow-up appointments your team has planned – and your team decides when it gets in touch.
Hello! Is there a lift in your building? And do I need a referral?
Yes, the practice is on the second floor and there is a lift. You don’t need a referral – please just bring your e-card.
Thank you! This would be my first visit and I’d like to make an appointment.
Of course. What is your name, and roughly what is it about?
Anna Berger. A check-up, in the morning if possible.

Thank you for coming in. Dr Leitner recommends a check-up in six months. Shall I suggest some times in March?
Yes, please.
Your team sees where it is needed.
The planned team view shows open questions, completed items and the conversation so far. Your team can step in precisely where a request needs a person to answer it.
Spot the medical questions.
Questions about symptoms or a treatment are flagged for your team to handle. The marker makes it clear that a clinical answer is needed.
Take over with the full picture.
Your team sees the conversation so far, the details already collected and the open question. The request can be handled without starting over.
Follow what has been done.
You can see what CarePath has answered, and which appointments were booked, moved or cancelled.
Fits the systems you already work with.
CarePath is built to slot into your practice software and your calendar rather than replace them. We are working on connecting the common practice management systems – so nothing has to be entered twice.
Keep appointments in sync
Take the free times from your calendar, and write bookings, reschedules and cancellations back to it.
Details from your systems
Released details are matched to the right person and handed to your practice software – nothing is recorded twice.
GDPR-compliant
Data processing, access rights and communication channels are agreed with you before go-live, in line with the GDPR.
A few things, cleared up.
Do our patients need a new app?
No. Organisational requests run over WhatsApp, so no extra patient app is needed. Patients use the WhatsApp account they already have, and your existing ways of getting in touch can carry on alongside it.
Does CarePath work with our practice software and calendar?
That depends on your system and the interfaces it offers. The integrations are in planning. We will look at it with you: whether appointments can be synchronised, and whether selected details can be handed to your practice software.
How are medical questions handled?
CarePath is built for organisational work. Medical questions are flagged for your team. The clinical judgement, and the answer, stay with your practice.
How do you handle patient data?
The current demo runs on sample data. Before CarePath is used in your practice, we agree how data is processed, who may access it and which channels are suitable. Health data does not belong in a public demo.
See how CarePath fits your practice.
We will walk you through it from your patients’ side and from your team’s side. Then we look at your systems together and find a sensible place to start.
